These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkrgame ("pkrgame", "we", "us", "the Platform"), an internationally licensed online gaming operator. These Terms apply to your access to and use of the pkrgame website, mobile interface, games, payment systems, promotional offers, and all related services. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the pkrgame platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

pkrgame operates under an international gaming licence that requires us to maintain standards of fairness, security, and responsible gaming. These Terms are designed to protect both players and the integrity of the pkrgame platform.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the pkrgame website, mobile interface, apps, and all associated services.
• "Account" means the registered player account held with pkrgame.
• "Balance" means the total PKR amount held in a player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any bonus funds separately identified as such.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and payment verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction applied to an Account that prevents the player from accessing the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to pkrgame is restricted under applicable law or licensing conditions.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The pkrgame platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. pkrgame reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on pkrgame. Opening duplicate Accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. pkrgame will close all duplicate Accounts and void any winnings generated through them without further notice.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information updated at all times. pkrgame may suspend or close an Account if any registered information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

2.4 Prohibited Persons. Employees, directors, agents, and immediate family members of pkrgame and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player Accounts or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform.

2.5 Pakistani Players. pkrgame's services are directed at English-speaking players in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to ensure that using online gaming services is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your specific location. pkrgame makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

3. Account Rules & Security

3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrgame username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out on your Account using your valid credentials will be attributed to you and treated as authorised.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pkrgame immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. pkrgame will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the Account pending investigation.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure. pkrgame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to retain any Balance pending investigation, if it reasonably suspects:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• Collusion with other players or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes;
• Use of software tools, bots, or any automated systems to interact with the Platform;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith;
• Abuse of promotional offers or the bonus system.

3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your pkrgame Account at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and withdrawal processing timelines.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Methods. pkrgame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkrgame does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in another person's name.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on pkrgame is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of your Account and may vary by payment method.

4.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to the player's Account balance within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one working day. pkrgame is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by pkrgame during business hours. Before any withdrawal is approved, pkrgame may require the completion of KYC verification, including submission of a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership. pkrgame reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary.

4.5 Funds Origin. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your pkrgame Account originate from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. pkrgame complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

4.6 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits must be made from a payment method owned and registered in your own name. pkrgame will not process withdrawals to a payment method that differs from the one used for the original deposit unless explicitly approved following a KYC review.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms. pkrgame offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback, and event-specific promotions such as PSL match-day specials. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in that bonus's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the bonus terms, after which any remaining Bonus Funds will be forfeited automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. pkrgame employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Behaviour that pkrgame considers abuse of the bonus system includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing bets that cover opposing outcomes to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements ("hedging"), and systematically exploiting bonus terms in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play. pkrgame reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings where abuse is identified.

5.4 Promotion Changes. pkrgame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already credited and in the process of being wagered will be honoured under the terms at the time of crediting.

5.5 Withdrawal of Real-Money Balance. Where an Account holds both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, withdrawal requests will first draw from the real-money portion of the Balance unless the applicable bonus terms specify otherwise.

6. Gaming Rules & Conduct

6.1 Fair Play. All games available on the pkrgame platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology audited by independent testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and cannot be influenced by pkrgame, the game provider, or any player action beyond normal gameplay.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrgame platform:

• Using any software, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with any game or any part of the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided;
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party;
• Any conduct intended to defraud pkrgame or other players.

6.3 Bet Cancellation & Voids. pkrgame reserves the right to void bets and cancel transactions in cases of technical error, obvious pricing mistakes, or where a bet has been placed in violation of these Terms. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's Account Balance.

6.4 Cricket Betting. Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international T20s, ODIs, and Test matches — are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the pkrgame sportsbook section. In the event of any conflict between those rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the relevant bet.

6.5 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a network disconnection during a live game round, pkrgame's server logs will be used to determine the state of the game at the time of disconnection. Where a game round was incomplete, the outcome will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game's rules as documented by the game provider. pkrgame is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.

7. Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

7.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. pkrgame is committed to providing a safe, fair, and entertaining gaming environment. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. Our responsible gaming tools are available to all players at all times through the Account dashboard.

7.2 Available Tools. Players may access the following responsible gaming tools at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts showing time spent and net play results;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary exclusions (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the Platform.

7.3 Self-Exclusion Effect. A player who activates self-exclusion will be immediately prevented from logging into their Account and will be removed from all marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion period. Opening a new Account during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms and any winnings generated will be voided.

7.4 Age Verification Obligation. pkrgame strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Players may be required to complete age verification before being permitted to make a first deposit or withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation will result in Account suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the pkrgame platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, logos, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pkrgame or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

8.2 Restricted Use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of pkrgame. Unauthorised use of pkrgame's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

8.3 Licence to Use. pkrgame grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its content.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability. pkrgame endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. pkrgame is not liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including lost winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.3 Maximum Liability. Where pkrgame's liability cannot be excluded by law, pkrgame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 No Warranty. The pkrgame Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

10.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by pkrgame is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.

10.2 Data Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you provide to pkrgame is accurate and up to date. pkrgame relies on the information you provide for KYC verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes. Inaccurate data may delay withdrawals or result in Account suspension.

10.3 Marketing Communications. By registering an Account, you may receive promotional communications from pkrgame regarding offers, new games, and platform updates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by updating your Account preferences or by contacting support.

11. Amendments to These Terms

11.1 Right to Amend. pkrgame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pkrgame will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address before the changes take effect.

11.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the pkrgame Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure under Section 3.4.

11.3 Version Control. The date displayed in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this document indicates the version currently in force. Previous versions of these Terms are available upon request by contacting pkrgame support.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrgame holds its international gaming licence. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding any game outcome, transaction, or Account matter, you must first contact pkrgame's customer support team via live chat or email to allow pkrgame a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. pkrgame aims to respond to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days.

12.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and pkrgame with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
